How The Service Works
We begin with a complimentary consultation to assess your specific preferences and dietary considerations. We will then determine which service best fits your needs and the frequency that I will cook for you - weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom designed. Once this is determined I will design a customized menu and submit it to you for approval. Once you approve we will decide on a cook date. On that day I will shop for the ingredients for the menu, come to your home and cook, clean-up and leave the items prepared for you in your refrigerator or freezer to re-heat. I will leave specific re-heating instructions for each item so that you can enjoy them on your own time.
About Me
My name is Jay Scott. I have been cooking for family and friends for the past 15 years. My love of cooking, fine dining and wine has made food a personal obsession of mine. I am currently a student in the acclaimed Schoolcraft College culinary arts program and also work at one of the Detroit area's finest restaurants. I work with the top chefs in Michigan everyday and I am looking forward to bringing the knowledge I gain from them to your dinner table. I am well versed in classical French techniques as well as many international cuisines such as Thai, Spanish, and Italian. I can cook just about anything you ask for!
